Reaching out for help can be hard...
We've made it easy.

4x
A construction worker is 4x more likely to die by suicide than the general population.

6x
The suicide rate among construction workers is six times higher than the fatality rate from workplace injuries.
Introducing Confyde
Confyde allows member companies to check in on their workers on a regular basis, and help open conversations early, before challenges become an issue.
Solving Mental Health's Challenges
Stigma
It's hard to go up to someone with many others around on a job site and say "I'm struggling." Through our confidential mental health check-in's, users can seek support anonymously, without fear or stigma.
Help Is Sought Too Late
Confyde opens up conversations early, by allowing member companies to check-in regularly and provide support before it's too late.
Invisible Symptoms
Through the data provided from mental health check-in's, member companies can pinpoint the factors that are affecting mental health and job performance, and begin to support.
The missing link
Whether member companies have implemented Mental Health First Aid or VitalCog training, or they provide access to EAPs and other resources, Confyde provides the missing link to help support worker mental health and well-being, and enhance their peer support program.
Benefits
De-Stigmatize
Reaching out for help can be hard - we make it easy by allowing workers to confidentially reach out to designated peer support members to talk.
Manage Proactively
Confyde arms companies with the tools to catch issues before they affect outcomes, allowing them to intervene early and ensure their workforce stays healthy, engaged, and productive, as well as helping to reduce suicide and mental health departures.
Financial
A suicide or mental health departure often results in prolonged vacancies, reduced output, and project delays. In the US, it’s estimated that companies incur more than $1 million per worker lost to suicide (Source: RLB, Thompson). In addition, replacing a skilled worker can cost 1.5-2x their annual salary (Source: SHRM).
